DONUT Studios
Q: “My child is a complete beginner, is it okay to enrol them”?
A: Yes! Our Young Artist Club is beginner-friendly! We keep our teacher-student ratios small, so everyone has the opportunity for close support from creative facilitators.
Q: “My child is only 5, can I enrol them?”
A: Currently our Young Artist Club is designed for ages 7 - 14. We find that our young artists are best supported when surrounded by like-minded and similarly aged peers.
Q: “I’m not sure if this program is right for my child, what should I do?”
A: We welcome children of all abilities into our program and aim to support your child to participate safely, comfortably, and creatively in group activities. If your child is interested in making art and able to participate in a group activity with shared adult supervision, then this could be the right solution! If you feel they may require 1:1 support to stay safe or always engaged, it’s worth giving us a call to chat further about enrolment.
Q: “Do I need to provide art supplies?”
A: No, everything our young artists need for their big ideas is supplied by the studio and included in the term course cost.
Q: “How many students per class?”
A: Our Young Artist Club operates on the ratio of 1 Creative Facilitator to 4 Young Artists.
Q: “I missed the enrolment for this term, what should I do?”
A: Register for the waitlist so you can be the first to know when registration opens for next term.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Email Stacey and let her know your child is interested in joining the program! She will reach out with a registration pack and explain the rest of the process from there! Stacey.ballard@cbchange.org or 1300 402 504
